Home Theater

Master Suite
The 3800 sq.ft. master suite is a treasure to behold. Situated on the west end (check) of the second level, it includes a spacious master bedroom with upholstered walls, grand fireplace, motorized draperies, and dazzling views from the windows and private balcony. A separate comfortable sitting room features another of the home’s eight fireplaces. The suite’s second master bedroom is finished with upholstered French blue Beacon Hill silk walls and the enormous custom closets are bone washed wood with silver leaf accents. These stairs also serve to lift the eye to the oval-shaped ceiling that has been framed with glazed wood crown molding. The stunning flooring is Beaumanier limestone in a pattern by Diona Marble Co.

Living Room
Located directly adjacent to the grand foyer, the living room shares the same soaring ceiling, giving the room a wonderfully spacious and open feel. Showcasing a palate of slate blue and cream, the elegant focal point of the room is the fireplace. Featuring an Italian hand-carved limestone mantle by Sculpture Design Imports and custom-made iron fire screen, the fireplace is then finished by a pair of Renaissance display cabinets in burnished silver. A striking Marquessa rock crystal chandelier adds to the room’s elegance.

The Great Room
Also called the “Adult Room”, this room was created to provide a comfortable retreat and a perfect hide-away. Enjoy your favorite novel by a fireplace that is flanked by a pair of Fiorucci wall sconces embellished with silver leaf with parchment shades. French doors supply natural light and warmth while giving you a wonderful view and easy access to the rear garden. Custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry provides generous space for storage and books, and serves as a perfect location to house the flat screen television.

The Dining Room
For the connoisseur of fine foods and engaging conversation, this room has been designed to celebrate the experience of luxurious dining. The room’s walls are covered by an elegant Ombre French blue silk, with lighting provided by a Chanel silver leaf, quartz rock crystal chandelier. Lush draperies cover the floor-to-ceiling windows while a fireplace lends to the room’s ambiance along with the two custom, handmade display cabinets from Phylis Morris.

The Great Room
With a distinctive blend of sophistication and comfort unique to French boutique hotels, the home’s Great Room offers an array of riches for your enjoyment. An ideal setting for socializing in style, the room is comprised of three intimate conversation areas lit by a Rafella iron chandelier and serviced by a custom-built bar with quartz countertops, Sub-Zero appliances, and four Roccoco bar chairs. The room’s large bay window showcases the estate’s formal French gardens and sparkling pool, and for added luxury, a 2000 bottle wine room and tasting area is easily accessible through the exquisitely crafted iron and glass doors by Murray’s Ironworks.
